TERMS OF SERVICE
Before starting your request:
- A reference sheet of the characters is pretty much appreciated, if you do not have one or are asking for me to design it, please provide as many references as possible, and make the design request clear.- I always send a sketch for the commissioner to ask for adjustments, as soon as it's approved, I'll start working on the final product
Payment:
- I'll start the commission after receiving the payment- Payment via PayPal invoice only in USD- If you fail to pay within 48 hours, your commission will be canceled- No refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission for some reason
Rights and Ownership:
- As the artist, I have the right to post your commission on my social media (Twitter, Instagram, DeviantArt), adding an extra watermark- If your work is meant to be revealed afterwards, you can ask me to post it on a specific date- The commissioner can choose if they want to be tagged or remain anonymous- Giving me credits when posting the commission is mandatory
More about the request:
- I do not accept NSFW, hateful, heavy gore or traced commissions- I have the right to decline your request if it makes me uncomfortable- I do not work with NFTs, if my artwork is used to those meanings, you'll be banned from commissioning me- I'll do commissions with my artstyle only, I do not work with other artists/ shows artstyles.
Extra fees:
- Commissions for commercial uses will have an extra fee of 400% of the commission price- Every additional character will cost 75% more of the commission price- Any additional changes on the request after the payment is done will be charged extra- The priority fee is 90% of the commission price

Commercial use is directly related to financial gains, that require customers (T-shirts, banners, mugs, etc.) or platforms made to gain profit (Youtube, Twitch, etc.)Priority commissions are commissions that can skip the waitlist and be done in advance, I'll only accept up to 2 priority commissions per month, and they are charged extra (check Extra fees for more details)

EXTRA FEES:
- Commissions for commercial uses will have an extra fee:
- For Uses such as promo art, stream loading screens, thumbnails: 2x of the commission price
- For merch or any sold product: 3x the commission price
- Every additional character will cost 75% more of the commission price
- Any additional changes on the request after the payment is done will be charged extra
- The priority fee is 90% of the commission price
